2. Samantha Franklin.  Samantha is an alumnus of the great Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology, photography program in Okmulgee, Oklahoma.  We met a few months ago through an instructor and recently traded portrait sessions.  Sam has this great detached garage that she is working on converting into a studio space.  We had a great time shooting together and didn’t even succumb to the powers of the evil wasps.  Not to mention her boyfriend works for a beverage distributor.  They unfortunately have to deal with all of these excess beverages in their home.  I made sure and lightened their load a little while I was there.

Behind the scenes with Kelly Kerr.  Kelly discovered a new found trove of Mad Men -esque interior elements at the Raisin’ Cain offices and immediately called in the skills of editor-gone-model, Elvis Ripley, for an impromptu fashion shoot.  Here Elvis models the latest in gray suits made from fabric.

Tate Wittenberg.  Tate is the Director of a documentary in progress called Raisin’ Cain: A History of the Cain’s Ballroom.  I’ve been fortunate enough to be working on a few of the interviews being filmed in Tulsa, and shot this Friday during a break at the Raisin’ Cain offices.  Filming had just commenced with Roy Clark and was set to begin in a few hours with Dwight Twilley.  It was a productive day.
